- Composer NPD offers an optional real-time order-to-cash interface with Peachtree Premium Accounting for Manufacturing.
- Quality Control module supports iterative testing and adjustment of batch composition to achieve target performance. Adjustment history is available to Formulators for the purpose of aiding master formula modification.
- Formulation module supports part-based formulation with premix requirements, management of balancing calculations, and accounting for material assay variations.
- Configurable batch instructions contain much more than just compounding procedures. You will find support for potency adjustments, material substitutions, communication of raw material HMIS classifications, cleaning procedures, waste disposal, product release, and packaging.
- Currently in use by ISO registered companies.
- Product definition supports creation of end-items as well as product formulations. Product formulations can be converted to ERP friendly Bills-of-Material.
